The goal of the Domestic Order Management System project is to modernize the digital platform and improve strategic capability. The position will involve providing UAT and organizational change management expertise. He or she will lead and coordinate UAT events to test and verify that solutions and tools meet the requirements set out by business stakeholders for successful project delivery. **35-40 hours/week for the first few months (October - December) and then will taper off to be 30 hours in January** Responsibilities: Partner with business subject matter experts, IT teams and the Program Management team to deliver high quality UAT testing events that support and enable successful project deployment. Planning education sessions and business readiness activities to prepare end users with the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs at Go Live Define UAT entry/exit criteria and contribute to the on-going development of UAT process and KPIs Responsible for UAT planning, test case specification, test execution, defect management and test status reporting activities Manage quality focused UAT test execution events, in alignment with UAT entry/exit criteria, timeline, budgetary and resourcing constraints Preparing for UAT sessions and business readiness efforts, including coordinating rooms, session invites, material preparation, system availability, etc. Coordinating business participation in the UAT planning and execution, including monitoring the UAT plan task execution and identifying and escalating relating issues as appropriate Identifying potential business-related risks and developing specific plans to mitigate or address concerns Participate in daily Scrum of Scrum Meetings to provide UAT status update Qualifications: Very strong organizational change management skills, in combination with project management skills and experience to support the business representatives in delivering effective organizational change management deliverables. This experience should include strategic and tactical experience in developing UAT, change management and business readiness plans. Minimum 5+ years UAT project management and OCM experience with proven delivery of process change implementation projects Demonstrated experience working with Organizational Change Management tools and techniques, including: Business readiness Communications Stakeholder engagement, alignment and management Change readiness assessments Project Management and team leadership skills Relationship building skills—ability to gain trust and form strong business alliances; develop and maintain effective working relationships with key collaborators and customers Verbal and written communication skills to all stakeholder levels Ability to: Self-direct and set priorities (individual and team) to meet expectations Think strategically and dive into details as necessary Think and react quickly in a highly dynamic environment Provide clarity and drive alignment across the project team Influence without authority Manage multiple deliverables concurrently Facilitate discussion to land decisions / get results Proactively identifies project issues and then actively drives them to closure Provide recommendations for resolution and provide detailed solutions Retail Planning, Production & Sourcing (experience a plus but not required)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
