There are currently batch interfaces and customer is looking to rewrite and instead use web services provided by External partner to exchange information on real time basis. Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Engage in overall solution building and Implementation of this development project. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and able to provide solutions and put detailed design documents for the project. Perform Coding, Code reviews and manage pull requests. Co-ordinate with Business owners for Requirement clarifications, UAT and with NTT team as well as client stakeholder for Design approval, Code deployment etc. Work in an agile environment and follows best practices for agile/scrum and meets sprint commitments. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to do this job; with minimum years of experience on each) 7+ years of IT Experience in software development in developing portal application as well as client/server applications. Deep development experience with Core Java, J2EE, Struts, Spring MVC, EJB, Tomcat, SOA, JSON, XML, and RESTful web service framework High proficiency in web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, and Bootstrap along with the modern and emerging frameworks that support these technologies Minimum 5+ years of experience in all phases of software development life cycle for all handling different types of requests (especially Core deevlopment Projects) Minimum 2+ experience in Global (onshore/offshore) delivery model Worked in projects using DEVOPs CI/CD pipeline using tools like Maven, Jenkins etc. Ability to multi-task and lead small development teams to ensure timely software development deliverables Ability to perform coding, code reviews and troubleshoot all software development issues Knowledge of configuring application in AWS cloud.
