Work with Migration team and Collabnet / TeamForge GIT vendor team on Migration issues. Assisting with validation and testing of migration effort from clearcase UCM to Collabnet /TeamForge version control tool. Assisting with validation of new Collabnet /TeamForge GIT repository environment. Assisting with validation of controls and processes for the Collabnet/TeamForge GIT repository new environment. Provide ongoing support to user issues for the Collabnet/TeamForge GIT repository. Work as a Technical SME (subject matter expert) on software configuration management best practices and tools. Independently address configuration management issues and support customers using Remedy Service Request process. Work with the project teams to assess and document their requirements to improve services. Based on the prioritized requirements, develop process improvement plans. Support software configuration management needs for larger projects. Provide CM support. Document the control procedures and maintain them with any updates necessary. Ensure that the evidences are properly captured and stored. Work with audit teams to provide evidences and address any issues. Address any questions or information needed for project teams related to software configuration management. Work on continuous process improvement related to software configuration management. Work with users and tool administrators to understand their requirements and develop process improvement plans. Develop self-help tools and training materials on software configuration management process and ClearCase/TeamForge for developers and integrators. Conduct training for application developers and integrators on software configuration management and version control tools to help them use the tools and processes effectively. Technical Experience: 4-5 Years of Experience in IBM Rational ClearCase UCM Required 3 Years of Experience in GIT required Experience in application code development is a plus Shell/Perl programming is a plus XML/soap programming is preferred Nice to have: Knowledge of Service Now, ITIL V3 Certification, Remedy, Eclipse, Jenkins   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
