Responsibilities include: .Net and SQL Server development to support and implement risk and web related interfaces. SSIS and stored procedures development. Develop new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides. Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversee creation of or updates to and testing of the business continuation plan. Interface with developers and QA to support activities in credit risk, risk segmentation, capital management, and stress testing for a variety of products. Support the business in the Credit Risk domain and establish a technology roadmap to support the operational platforms. Additional expectations of this role will include: Providing leadership and mentorship to junior team members (onshore and offshore). Understanding, communicating and executing change management and issue management processes. Directing the analysis of highly complex problems and may oversee the work of junior team members in the team and across peer groups. Leading small projects and leading resources as needed. Required Qualifications 7+ years of application development and implementation experience 7+ years of web applications experience 7+ years of .net experience 5 + years of UI experience 7+ years of MS SQL server experience 7+ years of stored procedures development experience 7+ years of data warehouse experience 4 + years of experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS 3+ years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Servicer Reporting Services (SSRS) experience, or a combination of both Desired Qualifications Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills An AA/AS degree or higher in information technology Ability to interact effectively and confidently with senior management Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations Financial services industry experience Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies 1+ years of experience developing Single Page Architecture (SPA) web application using ASP.NET MVC, Knockout, Javascript, or JQuery, or with frameworks such as Angular.JS or HTML 5 Git or GitHub experience o ANT or Maven experience Experience with Spark, Hive and Kafka o Hadoop experience Linux experience Python experience Other Desired Qualifications Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as D3.js, Bokeh, Django-bootstrap, Angular, React, Backbone.
