The platform should be built for global process with multiple agencies while allowing for agency uniqueness at the data level. The Contractor will be onsite working with all stakeholders conducting workshops and trainings during the implementation, User Acceptance Testing and Go-Live post implementation services. The services include implementation of the Public Sector Update Set and Resource/Demand Management modules which includes the following: a. Enhance current Incident Management deployment per industry standard b. Change Management c. Enhance Problem Management d. IT Asset Management e. Enhance Service Request deployment per industry standard f. Release Management g. Service Catalog h. Configuration Management i. Interface with ancillary systems and tools j. Knowledge k. Portal l. Demand Management m. Resource Management n. LDAP and Ping identity integration o. Implement Reports and Dashboarding, Contextual Collaboration, Workflow, Orchestration and Service Levels. p. Implement ITOps, SecOps and GRC modules namely Risk, Audit, Compliance and Vendor management and optimize operation orchestration Implement IT Business Management namely Demand, Resource, Project and Portfolio management. q. User training and support of the modules r. Data Segregation at an agency level so portal can be leveraged to promote self-service and reporting. s.
