Agency Expected Deliverables 1. Documentation of existing business practices with regard to Facility Permitting, Compliance, Enforcement, and Emissions Reporting. 2. Short-term recommendations from BPE on process improvements based upon BPEs training and experience as well as observation and interviews with AQ staff in the course of their work. 3. Gather and document improvements/changes/needs/desires/ideas for future applications from specified AQ staff and management. Working with AQ and DEQ Information Services management, prioritize these items. 4. Comprehensive written Business Rules to be implemented with future new applications. May include rules for processes other than direct use of the software (i.e. general or specific best practices to achieve mission success with minimal waste). 5. Comprehensive written requirements for future software applications – an internal (staff-only) application to replace and enhance the functions currently in AIMS, and an external-facing application which would replace and enhance the functionality of POSST. 6. Comprehensive mockups of both the external and internal future applications showing UI and demonstrating the process improvements, including enforcement of business rules and conformance to the project requirements as identified in deliverables 3, 4, and 5 above. Mockups shall be in Balsamiq on DEQs account; access will be provided to Contractors staff as necessary.
