Description:

Project Background:

The Product survey will gather internal and external client feedback to help achieve objectives by identifying the means by which results are being effectively achieved and surfacing areas where weaknesses can be explored and addressed in order to transform objectives into meaningful development outcomes. Survey feedback results will inform key management discussions and facilitate evidence-based decisions and actions through detailed examination and analysis of the relationship between the new operational structure, staff inputs, and client satisfaction. The survey will be conducted for all country-level lending products, and all country-level Analytical & Advisory Services. Survey results will be aggregated and reported on a quarterly basis to select audiences. The Product Survey will be comprised of two core components:

Internal Survey:

The Internal survey is designed to measure internal feedback from Global Practices (GPs) and Country teams (CMUs) on collaboration, knowledge, service quality, and results; it will be distributed to Country Directors, Practice Managers, and Task Team Leaders. The survey will be comprised of Practice Managers and Team leaders in 19 Global practices, CCSAs and CMUs and will include more than 130 Practice managers, 1500 Team leaders, and more than 40 Country Directors.

The Internal survey will be based on specific product triggers for both Lending and Analytical & Advisory Services. The survey triggers are up to three points tied to milestones in the product lifecycle. For lending projects at Submission to Board (in design phase), at Mid-term Review (during implementation) and also at Completion (ICR) and for Analytical & Advisory Services at completion.

Specifically, it includes the work required to deliver a set of reports and dashboards that will be used by management to evaluate the uptake of the survey and to analyze the results. It also includes additional improvements that will be required for the survey.

External Survey:

The goal of this survey is to extend the line of sight to external clients by collecting their feedback on services, with the aim of improving customer experience, increasing customer growth and meeting customers evolving needs for lending, advisory, and convening products and services. It will be distributed to two categories of clients: those who design products and negotiate contracts; and those who implement products and activities. The survey will include all Lending and Analytical & Advisory Services supported in the OPS Portal as well as DPFs. Depending on the Lending product, the survey will be triggered automatically at up to three points in the product/activity lifecycle: Board Submission/Approval; MTR; and ICR. For Analytical & Advisory Services products, the survey will be triggered at activity completion. Additional reports and a dashboard will be required to analyze and present the results of the external client surveys.

10. Description of the Assignment:

These Terms of Reference (ToRs) describe the tasks to be performed to support the Survey project. The User Interface/User Experience designer will work directly with a team of .NET developers who design and build desktop/mobile surveys, websites, and other products that interact with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, two Customer Relationship Management systems used. Both systems include web-based frameworks to develop sophisticated, custom UIs for desktop and mobile apps. Using native markup and standard Web development technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery to build UIs for any app.
