Description: 1. Developing/prototyping a Client Portal using the CSM ServiceNow Module. 2. Configuring, training on the Red Hat Fuse Tool. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for providing technical assistance, workflow development, software configuration, customization, and web service integrations. This will include screen prototyping, providing administration, application development, maintenance, training, directing internal staff and technical support. The Red Hat Fuse developer will assist with this effort by developing an integration solution to provide the Client Portal with required data. This solution includes, but is not limited to, application programming interfaces (APIs) and services. The candidate will apply best practice programming techniques to configure interfaces utilizing the Red Hat platform. Experience with Red Hat Fuse and integration technologies is required. The candidate must also have experience with relational databases. Familiarity with Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, and Red Hat 3Scale is preferable, as well as Red Hat Fuse connectors for SQL, Box and ServiceNow. This position will assist with workflow development, software configuration, customization, and web service integrations. This will include providing administration, application development, maintenance, and technical support. Vendors must have experience with ServiceNow CSM product and have integrated ServiceNow with third party product (preferably, BOX, Red Hat, and Lexis Nexis).
