Job Description : Business Analyst The Digital Business Analysis team with our clients Virtual Channels group is looking for a senior business systems analyst to lead analysis efforts and other business analysts in the Digital Sales and Marketing (DSM) channel. As a lead analyst, this person will help customers realize their financial needs by delivering the worlds most innovative e-banking, mobile, and tablet solutions. In this position, you will work the Digital Sales and Marketing team on initiatives for the public site as well as the sales and service platforms. In this role, you will: Act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems solved through strategic Digital-based solutions. Partner with design, technical and business teams to elicit requirements for cross-channel, customer-facing digital experiences. Lead requirements elicitation sessions to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes. Support both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Author/groom user stories, produce business requirement artifacts – including UML, Use Cases, Business Rules, Supplemental (Non-Functional) Specifications – for the largest and most complex projects. Be engaged throughout the whole project life-cycle, from Inception through post-Install Transition. Work directly with all levels through to senior management across the organization and be considered the highest-level functioning expert. Minimum Qualifications 8-10+ years experience in digital-based (multi-device) business systems or e-business consulting. Ability to lead projects Proven ability to produce and explain UML (using Enterprise Architect) and use cases. Experience with Agile methodology (authoring user stories and acceptance criteria to express requirements.) Strong organizational and critical thinking skills Must be a self-starter, able to multi-task, work well under tight deadlines Ability to work and learn independently, and take direction from team leads and manager Excellent verbal and written communication skills Preferred Skills Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industry Existing knowledge of online sales/servicing platforms and related business and functional requirements is highly desirable. Skill with requirements management tools, preferably IBM DOORS, JIRA.
