Responsibilities: Act as the project coordinator on all audit requests Coordinate amongst all groups to provide responses to audit requests Consolidate information from contributors and provide written communication back to requesting party Track audit findings and provide updates as requested by requestor Develop schedule to execute remediation plans Issue tracking, resolution, status reporting, weekly management meetings, daily stand up meetings, etc. Track costing against allocated amounts and report accordingly Act as the project coordinator and engage the various IT Supervisors to create a plan to upgrade applications to the last Microsoft development technology Identify all applications that need upgraded and track progress Coordinate with resource managers and develop upgrade schedules Coordinate with business owners to build and execute test plans Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing; including the creation of test scenarios and test plans Issue tracking, resolution, status reporting, weekly management meetings, daily stand up meetings, etc. Track costing against allocated amounts and report accordingly Provide project management and task support to project manager who is leading the project. Complete all assigned tasks including leading project meetings, status reporting, issue logging, rollout planning, etc. Coordinate internally and with vendor to configure hardware and software; and then test Coordinate testing at each location to determine where solution will and will not work; for locations where 4g coverage is spotty, work with vendor on contingency Develop and execute rollout schedule Interact with Subject Matter Experts (SME) and conduct Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions to clarify business requirements. Assists QA team defining test strategy, acceptance criteria, bug fixing and issue resolution. other artifacts as required to do job. Collaborate with development team to create design specification in business requirements. (Capture additional requirements based on design, capture global rules for system consistency). Maintain project plan, issues log, action item log, meeting agenda, meeting minutes and other artifacts as required to do job.
