Support LTE CSFB and latency (encluding time-to-1st - byte) analysis, correlation, and optimization. UMTS/LTE Performance/Capacity analysis and optimization Job Description: (What will the NPW do on that project?) They will need to analyze trace files from ENB/MME/Probe and propose optimization ideas to improve LTE CSFB and latency performance. The candidates will perform system engineering work to support at&t wireless (including LTE and UMTS) performance optimization and planning work, including UTRAN, RNC/MSC, eUTRAN, EPC, etc. Detailed work include: generating scripting to process performance data and trace files; performing data analysis of ALU/Ericsson wireless platform performance counters, UE traces, and measurement from 3rd party probes; proposing innovative to optimize and model system performance and capacity; generating system engineering rules; etc. The candidates are expected to have strong wireless background (LTE/UMTS RAN) and excellent scripting/programming skills (perl, Java, Python, etc.)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
