Identify and collaborate on story boards, workflows, and other high level conceptualization materials. -Analyze and present user evaluation results to a wide range of audiences. Make design recommendations via wireframes based on research and expertise. -Educate business owners, product owners, and developers on the importance of UX principles. Assist with the development and maintenance of personas. -Remain current in UX-related research and developments. Investigate, evaluate and recommend new and emerging UX techniques, technologies, and methodology process improvements. Requires a degree or 3-5 years experience in field or related area. Additional Info: - The product designer will work with Business partners, Product managers, dev teams to understand business process, workflow, create product concept, then detail product feature design. Product designer collaborates with different stakeholder to help provide innovative solution to business problem via human-center. - The product designer will work with Business partners, Product managers, dev teams (dev teams could be in Argentina or Brazil). - Open because Value Capture product needs one more designer to support the development work. - Will sit in Creve Coeur in F building. - The product tam has worked together for more than a year and there could be new teams coming in.
