As a UX Designer on the User Experience team, you will join a small group of designers responsible for the entire customer journey of high-impact projects across all of state government. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other designers and be a voice for our users. From conducting up front user research to iterating on prototypes to shipping a final product, youll help drive the entire design process. Responsibilities: - Lead product experiences by iteratively validating and refining prototypes with stakeholders and end users. - Gather insights through user research by facilitating workshops, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing. -Challenge the “status quo” and propose innovative solutions to complex business problems. - Create and maintain components in our enterprise design system. - Collaborate with other designers and join in on design reviews to challenge your teammates in constructive ways. - Conduct information architecture activities and make recommendations on complex navigational structures.
