Job Description: Technical Lead (MEAN Stack) Remote to Start We are building REST services in Node.JS/NestJS and Using Angular 8/10 with Angular Material UI and Flex box CSS on the front end. We will integrate with Applications that uses Node.JS framework Nest JS that will move data from the sources into a database layer that supports the applications. We also must add Unit test cases for Angular and NestJS code and responsible for fixing lint issues, covering end to end testing. • Node.JS – experience with node and modeling objects and services. Swagger experience a plus • Angular (2.0) – experience with best practices. Knows how to split code out appropriately so we dont have one large project. • Typescript – (Nest.js a plus) • Experience with automated unit tests – Use Jest.js and are targeting at least 80% code coverage • Experience with noSQL databases (DocumentDB\Mongo) – understanding performance gains and modeling data to be most efficient, stable and effective. • Experience in Azure DevOps a plus • Coding 20%: • 80% accountable for planning\designing\code reviews\guiding developers Creating design and tech specs for future sprints Identifying dependencies – data needs\infrastructure needs\etc for future sprints Performing code reviews on pull requests from developers Answering developer questions on current sprint Automated Deployment questions and coordination Ability to lead developers Ability to work with architects to create tech specs and follow architecture design patterns. Ability to work with UX team to verify application functionality meets development standards and will work efficiently from a code perspective while following UX style guides. Ability to own code base(perform code reviews, steward of health of code, perform\schedule static code analysis Ability to maintain service repository(WIKI) and coordinate with other dev leads on service development efforts so duplication doesnt occur Ability to demo code and speak to the work for that sprint Ability to apply best practices to help the app quality, stability, scalability and recovery   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
