Job Description: Day to Day Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, biologists, and cross-functional stakeholders. Be comfortable within all aspects of the design process from context-based research to storyboarding and presentation to internal clients. Translate user needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities into innovate design solutions. Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and/or high fidelity prototypes. Occasionally travel as needed. Skills: Experience with a variety of interactive prototyping tools. ?Familiarity with Agile and Lean UX methodologies. Strong understanding and delivery of SaaS enterprise software. Experience with Tableau, ETL, and data warehousing. Experience working on global products that have regional considerations. Experience developing products across desktop, mobile, kiosk, and other devices. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Interaction Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, or related field. 5+ years of UI/UX experience specifically designing complex user workflows, decision-support systems, large dataset visualizations and framework-level interactions, information architecture, graphic design, and usability analysis.
