This is a highly engaged team that is action oriented by demonstrating a strong commitment to serving BSA partners and continuously improving processes. As a member of this team you will cultivate relationships across BSA partners and project teams, BSA test teams, and TEDS organization, to deliver on BSAs strategic vision. Role Description: This is a shared services role that will be responsible for supporting the applications of multiple BSAs in both Financial and Enterprise Applications. This includes non-production request fulfillment, incident management, code migration, problem management, schedule adherence, technical writing and communication across multiple services and applications. The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in a Batch Application Support role, experience working by themselves under high pressure, excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills as well as being a quick learner. Due to the breadth of applications supported, the ability to retain information and the drive to learn on your own is required. Requirements: 5+ years working knowledge of the Mainframe and Distributed scheduling tools. Preferably ESP and Maestro. 5+ years working knowledge of Mainframe and Distributed Platforms (Capable of navigating the environments, especially UNIX/Linux). An understanding of Batch processing (job dependencies, file dependencies). Experience at reviewing job output and determining the correct action for abend resolution. (Mainframe and Distributed Platforms). Working knowledge of File Transfers Exposure to the enterprise tools: ServiceNow, Clarity, Outlook Experience with enterprise process: Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, and Auditing. Desired: Coding/Development background, foundational skills in scripting. Experience contributing to Business Acumen. Experience in EA BSAs would be a plus.
