We are looking for a self-motivated individual that can work alone or in a team environment any time day or night. Your ability to analyze computer log files and follow the processing trail in order to determine where the stoppage took place will put you in the right place. Your ability to stay focused while engaging with several issues at the same time will help you keep our environment moving. Since many of our runs have very tight time frames for completion, it calls for someone that can show both initiative and creativity under pressure. A solid understanding of computer systems running on a MS server platform will definitely be a major advantage. Written problem / incident tracking and solid communication skills will be expected. Experience Required: 5 years experience as a developer of PC based computer systems or equivalent education/experience. Skills Desired: Cobol, VB, GMC Printnet. Ability to work both alone and in a team environment. Solid debugging and research skills. Solid verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think out of the box and show initiative and creativity in their recommendations to issues which we are called to address.
