This will be a 3-6 month contract with possible extension. The interview process will be a phone screen then onsite. Rates $55-60/hr. Client is currently C++/COM Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to support a large testing administration company. Qualified candidates must have experience designing, developing, and modifying commercial quality windows based applications. If candidates have recently been working with more C# applications but have a solid C++ background that is ok. Client currently uses COM (Component Object Module) to build its test drivers. Test driver is an in-house software used to deliver various exams in test centers across the world. This is written in C++, VB6, HTML and XML. This position involves some front-end as well as middle tier work. Candidates must have solid C++, COM, and scripting experience with XML and HTML. If candidates have experience with 508 Compliance, as well as experience with any accessibility software such as JAWS, this is a plus. Knowledge and experience with TFS (Team Foundation Server) is a plus as well. TFS is the Project Management and Configuration Management interface.
