Competencies: · Effective oral and written communications regarding complex subjects to individuals and with groups, including senior management. · Ability to effectively summarize issues, options and recommendations. · Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills · Work in a team environment · Performs leads and is responsible for the design of a full range of infrastructure technologies and processes needed to provide IT solutions. · Builds partnerships with internal customers and collaborates with vendors, consultants, and other ISD personnel. This can include training customers on end user products, new services and core technologies. · Provides technical guidance and IT process expertise on projects or system issue to other infrastructure group staff. Demonstrated commitment to design and operational excellence. · Effectively conduct meetings and interview with customers, consultants, contractors, and peers.
