Vplex will be following behind shortly. The Sr. SAs primary focus is going to be designing the migration effort for the customer. He/she will also conduct knowledge transfer with the customer team as far as design/configurations/performance/etc. At the end of the engagement, the environment should be ready to engage a migration team to perform migrations under a separate project. If the resource has ability to do hands on work as well, that would be an additional benefit to this client, though it will not be a major function of this role. This role has the ability to extend up to a year. Someone whos proactive and good in getting people up to speed on how to run design and run EMC solutions. This resource must be able to communication across multiple teams and with Sr. Management. Sr. Architect level skills are an absolute must.
