We seek an Enterprise Performance Engineer who can thrive in this fast paced environment Project Description Holiday readiness performance testing. Performance test apps to make sure they are standing up to the volume during the holiday season. Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: Design Specifications—List out performance engineering design scenarios Will be working with Technical Leads and Architects to determine performance engineering requirements Be able to communicate with Developers Being able to discuss in technical terms with the Technical Team What are the MUST have skills that you are looking for in a candidate? Minimum 8 -10 years hands-on scripting experience Expertise in performance test scripting/execution skills using HP Performance Center/HP Load Runner(demonstrable expertise absolutely a MUST) with various protocols Soasta / Microsoft VSTS or QTP knowledge (good to have) Knowledge of performance analysis/diagnostic tools like DynaTrace/New Relic(demonstrable expertise absolutely a MUST) What are the soft skills that you feel candidates must-have in order to be successful in this role?
