Candidates must be local to central Ohio or relocated by day one for consideration. Top skills required for the Test Lead: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline 4+ years experience serving as a test lead for a large complex web application and cloud-hosted solution based on a web application subscription model 7+ years experience testing to include (test planning, test development (test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios), and test execution) for large, complex multi-platform applications. 6+ years experience using HP/Microfocus Test Tools (i.e., ALM/ALM Octane, Load Runner, QTP/UFT-Unified Functional Testing) & Rational Performance Tester. Benefits: Can work W2 or Corp to Corp As a W2 we offer Medical/Dental/Vision/401k with match/ short- and long-term disability Responsibilities for the Test Lead: Serve as Test lead for major applications Define, plan, design, and execute tests Prepare and manage statistical and status reports for managers Research and review system design and technical documentation to develop detailed test estimate, design, and planning documents Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices, test plans, test scenarios, and manual and automated test scripts Develop and execute functional, interface, integration, regression tests, analyze outcomes, and support resolution to successful completion of tests Prepare and manage system test data Document and communicate test status and results; Track, report, and validate defects and work with the team on resolution Prepare formal written test estimates Deliver Adhoc written and oral presentations related to testing Effective communication with peers and managers. Attend project/scrum meetings and debrief management and team members on meeting content Interact with prospective customers during product demos/evaluations/Show & Tell Ability to work in both agile and waterfall Methodologies. Ability to interact with the Development team & Business Team to resolve the issues. Requirements Minimum of a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline Minimum of 4 years experience serving as a test lead for a large complex web application and cloud-hosted solution based on a web application subscription model Minimum of 7 years experience testing to include (test planning, test development (test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios), and test execution) for large, complex multi-platform applications. Minimum of 6 years experience using HP/Microfocus Test Tools (i.e., ALM/ALM Octane, Load Runner, QTP/UFT-Unified Functional Testing) & Rational Performance Tester. Minimum of 4 years experience using office automation and project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Visio, Microsoft Office, and other toolsets. Minimum of 3 years experience using database query tools and writing SQL. (i.e., Toad, AQT, etc.) Minimum of 7 years experience performing system testing of large complex JAVA applications Minimum of 1 year experience in Agile Methodology/Testing.
