We have a 19-month project with our client in Albany, NY that requires a Project Manager, Expert This position will be assigned to multiple projects within OASAS including the PRJ0250563 Regional Office Data Initiative, to ensure that stakeholder requirements business needs, constraints, issues and risks of the project are documented and addressed on an ongoing basis. Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Use?project management tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Visio to complete staff assignments, track project status and determine time estimates.? Use project management methodology and documentation to manage the project. Plan and facilitate all required project and technical meetings including demonstrations of application development progress.? Provide regular?status reports detailing project metrics, progress, and mitigation strategies underway to address concerns.? Partner?with?Business Analyst to ensure the business requirements are elicited from Business owners and key stakeholders. Ensure requirements are communicated,?documented, addressed, and if approved, included in future project plans.? Mandatory Qualifications: Plans, organizes and integrates cross-functional information technology projects that are significant in scope and impact. 84+ months-Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. Preferred Qualifications: 96?Months experience as a Project Manager, managing project execution and control, including?creating and maintaining the following: project budgets, project schedules in MS Project, project scope, status reports, communication plans, project management plan, and quality standards. 96?Months experience as a Project Manager using the Secure Software Development Lifecycle including the use of Planning, Analysis, Design & Development, Implementation, Testing and Release to Production activities for new software implementations. 48 Months experience managing multiple projects on varied platforms simultaneously, such as infrastructure projects, data warehouse projects, and application development projects. 60 Months experience managing Project Management functions in Service Now Project Management Software to update and maintain project management records, such as advance project from initiation to closure, enter and maintain cost plan, and project change requests. 60?Months experience?in managing projects involving more than one state agency with direct stakeholder involvement at state government director level and above. 48 Months experience managing vendor contracted projects and ensuring vendor meets the contract requirements.
