Work through all quarterly regulatory reporting tasks ensuring all regulatory requirements for FS are worked to completion and reported upon accordingly. Work through the RFIs, assessments, and IT audits providing are the following, and not be limited to: a. Gathering the documentation supporting DB Log reviews per our process. b. Copying, scanning, and posting the DC access sheets, conducting a cursory review and posting for final review. c. Gathering the system level access information for review and posting. d. Coordinating the 90-Day restore effort and ensuring the tape backups are accurate and the documentation is complete for SOX. e. There are an additional dozen or so tasks at this time as the list grows due to new and increasing requests for specialized reports. f. Updating the Share Point central repository with all information. g. Ensuring ITGCs are kept up to date for the FS division. Minimum Qualifications: B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent; and minimum of three years experience in network operations, analysis and design. . At least 1 year of project management experience within IT, or equivalent. . Strong leadership skills. . Proven track record of project completion. . Proficient in Microsoft Project (EPM a plus), Visio, and Share Point. . PMP certification a plus. . Organizational skills as well as solid communication skills a must. .
