Analyze and report on complex data sets. Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways. Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and indicate quality of final analysis Acts as a liaison between IT and business units by opening and maintaining lines of communication to monitor and improve business unit satisfaction with IT, Provides a single point of contact for business units into IT and acts as a conduit between the two organizations Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Conduct preliminary investigation for all project requests. Review requirements, specifications, test, support and training plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives on projects. Collect and analyze metrics, and continually improve processes owned by the group. Assist in root cause analysis in order to recommend product enhancements to improve productivity for business unit and IT. Requirements: BS in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field 3-5 years of experience in business analysis in a related field Heavy process mapping and Visio experience Candidates will be required to provide an example of process mapping experience upon submittal Preferred Requirements: Masters degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, CIS or related field Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certification of Competency in Business Analysis (CCBA). 2+ years of work experience in a business role requiring interaction with executive leadership. 2+ years of work experience working on cross-functional project teams.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
