Job Description Developer: React JS, Vue.Js, REST APIs, HTML CSS Front End Development

Description :

Project Details:

· Working on UI projects closely with technical lead (Jeff) who is over their UI/UX projects – starting with work primarily on the below

· E-doc project for Digital Content Processing:

o Digital marketing project they have where they are trying to go paperless on that project – when someone buys a timeshare want all the paperwork to be on a table and be able to do e-signatures etc. (right now spending between 8-10 million a year on paper and this will help negate a lot of this waste)

o Team of about 6-8 people and around 3 developers currently

o This project will be focused on React.JS and Vue.JS development

Technical Requirements:

1. React

2. Vue

3. REST APIs (development & consumption)

Nice to have tools experience:

1. Mulesoft (will do some training on)

2. Salesforce

3. Angular

Education/Certifications: Not required

Requirements

· 3-5+ years of professional front-end development experience

· Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and pre-processors such as SASS

· Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

· Has experience with package management and build systems (npm, webpack, sass, babel, etc)

· Expert and recent experience with single page application development

· Expertise in common protocols and technologies such as HTTP, REST, JSON, and XML (must have)

· Strong understanding of responsive UI development across devices

· Experience with writing automated tests or Test-Driven Development

· Experience with Git version control

· Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks including ReactJS and VueJS

Preferred/Nice-to-have Skills & Experience

· JavaScript typecasting libraries like TypeScript

· Experience working on an Agile team a plus

· Very nice to have: interested in design, UI/UX, user flows

· Appreciation for user experience
· API Development experience
