The successful contractor will take the wire frame that will be given to the agency and actually make the product to post on their website. The contractor will be a part of the end phase of that website redesign process. Responsibilities and Duties: • Work collaboratively with the Communications Bureau and others to develop the appropriate design for specified Treasury websites. • Partner with Treasury staff, including content managers, editors, designers, developers, and others, to ensure the website meets the Departments needs, aligns with the brand strategy, and meets Treasurys web standards. • Develop the best user experiences using optimal design techniques for desktop and mobile user access. • Participate in design and development of web pages and banners. • Implement wire design of website through development. • Develop web designs that communicate initiative messaging to various audiences. • Ensure that delivered products or services adhere to Treasurys policies and standards. Essential Skills: • Advanced knowledge of the following is required: Proficient in the use of Apple and PC platforms, HTML5, Bootstrap v5, W3C, Adobe Dreamweaver, CSS styling, JavaScript, Adobe Software for Windows PC and ADA standards. • Knowledge of the following is required: PHP, Icon Sets, Google Analytics, Data Studio, Highcharts, Amcharts, JQuery, React and MySQL/SQL, web colors, form creation, server side skills (knowledge of test and production environments), data tables, and creating SVGs. • Proficient design planning skills for both desktop and mobile. • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to deliver clear feedback to team members. • Directly manage project deadlines. • Excellent creative and innovative skills on multiple platforms. Experience: • Bachelors degree or 3+ years of web design and development experience in either the public or private sector industries.
