PM-#1 Actively contribute in the creation of an Enterprise Project Management Office Own, create, manage, maintain, and interpret the Denti-Cal account project schedule (MSPS 2013) including mitigation alternatives for late milestones, deliverables, and tasks (includes Takeover, Operations, Change Requirements, and Runout/Turnover) Convert scope to Project Plan/Schedule managing requirements and deliverables to meet or exceed time and budget. Create and maintain Time (Schedule) Management Plan (schedule maintenance and reporting) Establish and maintain schedule templates for Denti-Cal change instruments Document and maintain WBS formats and methodology Identify and communicate schedule risks and issues Manage across multiple disciplines and management levels Provide innovative solutions to complex and critically sensitive issues affecting multiple disciplines and work groups. Determine and pursue courses of action essential in accomplishing objectives. Integrate advanced project management technology, theories, or techniques that have a significant continued impact across disciplines and business units. Provides subject matter support in all areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge to the project Serves as EPMO representative on specialized process and portfolio activities Provides innovative process improvements for more efficient and effective project management 5-10 years of experience in project management or in like roles/businesses. In-depth and comprehensive understanding of the critical business success factors. Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies, processes, and methodologies applicable to project management for the IT industry. Extensive expertise with Microsoft Project Server 2013 including PWA and workflows for managing projects required. Exceptional schedule management skills required. Experience creating and/or managing workflows and the PWA in MSPS 2013 preferred. PMP Certification or PMI-SP Certification required. Experience utilizing and managing MS SharePoint. Experience managing 3rd Parties Experience managing 3 to 5 software/application development schedules simultaneously preferred. Extensive understanding of critical project management techniques Experience managing Change and Change Management Experience managing Healthcare and/or state government projects is a plus First Level University degree required.
