WBS Stakeholders Manager (Jobs in Hartford, CT)   Requirement id 64899 Job title Manager Job location in Hartford, CT Skills required Project Life Cycle, Risk Analysis, WBS, Stakeholders Open Date 16-Oct-2017 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 12 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type --- Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Manager: Project Life Cycle, Risk Analysis, WBS, Stakeholders Start Date : 10/30/2017 End Date : 10/31/2018 Submission Dead Line : 10/19/2017 Description : Specific Services Required Project management oversight and coordination of vendor project deliverables; Monitor and provide project assessment reports, develops cost, process and time estimates; comes up with appropriate resource (staff) estimate for the project; Monitors and tracks all project artifacts, including project profile, project plan, WBS, project management plan, risk analysis, and change management; Coordinates with agency and software vendor on data conversion strategy, mapping, cleansing, and conversion scripts for migration of the historical records; Participate in process improvement activities with DOB staff as necessary; Participation in JAD sessions where needed to provide requirements, specifications, gap analysis, use cases, test cases documents. Work with Vendor to identify project risk areas, performs risk analysis and come up with alternate risk mitigation plans/measures to complete the project on time and within the budget; Work with the agency subject matter experts to become familiar with the current licensing process, and then learn the new ELMS eLicense system functions to understand migration; Provide traceability and test scripts to facilitate user acceptance testing. Design and/or delivering reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, presentations, and change requests; Work within DOB staff and vendor to facilitate training as necessary. Work closely with DAS-BEST technical teams as needed to facilitate vendor needs; Functions as the primary point of contact between the DOB, DAS-BEST, and the vendor on communication throughout the project life cycle Participate in periodic project status meetings; prepare status reports; develop and deliver project presentations to the sponsor, stakeholders, and the ELMS Program Steering Committee Track vendor deliverables and advise DOB on payment schedule approvals Provide knowledge transfer to state personnel as needed.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
