Drives consensus across the organization on difficult topics. Mentors others providing a role model and support for individual development. Budget as detailed in Impact section. Largest/ most complex/ global. Typically includes definition of strategy to achieve the sponsors? vision of an end-state transformation. High/ very high risk. Manages project financials including business impact. Meets or exceeds approved budgets. Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management. Manages stakeholder relationships. Manages complex multi-function and/or global relationships with senior and executive stakeholder management. Manages project team. Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size generally greater than 60 people or more. Routinely called upon to mediate difficult situations that have a significant business impact. Drives consensus across the organization on difficult topics. Mentors others providing a role model and support for individual development.Education and Experience: First Level University degree. Advanced University degree preferred. 15 years experience in project management or in like roles/businesses. Has experience with global projects. Requirement: Project initiation activities including development of project charters, project objectives and deliverables, resource planning and forecasting; Detailed project planning activities including project scoping, WBS development, team planning, scheduling, budgeting, communication planning, risk identification and mitigation, etc.; Project execution and control activities including quality assurance and control, issue resolution, risk monitoring & control, compliance management, change management, team development, performance reporting, exception management and communications; Project closure activities including gaining formal customer acceptance, financial and procurement closure, lessons learned and documentation archiving. Conduct required phase exit reviews. Qualification: Must have experience managing projects which include Web Application and ETL Applications Must have experience managing large and/or multiple full life cycle projects. Must have a very good knowledge and understanding of the theory of project management and project management tools; i.e. MS-Project or similar tools. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and excellent organizational skills. Must have the ability to plan, monitor and resource projects. Ability to interface with all levels in customer organization Must have experience of motivating and communicating with individuals or group. Must have the ability to work flexibly and on own initiative. Leadership qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, timeline sensitive, goal oriented, motivator Management of multiple medium to large scale software or product development projects in the manufacturing environment Experience in working with internal and external partners Experience with Agile Projects Experience with Waterfall Projects Experience with cross functional team, and onshore/offshore project resources.
