Responsibilities: The candidate will help identify and develop solutions to update desktop and mobile applications for planning, collecting, and analyzing TRIALS data. Skills / Experience: Education and experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 5+ years of related software development experience. Competencies: Expertise in C# .Net development for WinForms applications Knowledge of RESTful principles and RESTful API design and documentation, as well as WCF services. Experience with WCF services a plus. Strong knowledge of relational database systems and SQL is required, experience with stored procedures, SQL tuning, and large, complex queries is expected. Microsoft SQL Server a plus. Experience with frontend technologies and UI design principles. HTML5, CSS3, and good knowledge of at least one JavaScript framework such as AngularJS. Experience developing and using unit test frameworks. Experience using Xamarin to develop multi-platform mobile applications preferred. Understanding and familiarity with continuous integration/deployment systems a plus. Experience in an Agile / Scrum Methodology and participation in team ceremonies.
