Defines product requirements and creates high-level specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms. Demonstrates expertise in a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. Under general supervision analyzes, makes recommendations, creates charts, diagrams and graphs to assist in analysis of problems or designs Participates in the development of test strategies. Develops and reviews technical documentation for approval by senior management Participates in implementations and rollouts of new networking, system hardware, software and tools. Assist and participates in disaster recovery planning and testing. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills. Innate drive to solve challenging and unique problems Perform other duties as assigned Requirements/Qualifications 7+ years of experience as a solid contributor developing applications and software solutions in complex systems and environments, using Microsoft .NET Framework technologies such as ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core, WCF, SSRS. 7+ years of previous experience developing Windows and Web applications using modern programming languages, extensions, and platforms including: C#, Java, WPF, XML / XSLT, HTML(5), CSS3, Javascript/Jquery, Ajax, JSON. 7+ years of previous experience with SQL Server databases/ TSQL in a high transaction volume environment, and knowledge of SQL Server internals. 7+ Writing and consuming web services (REST/SOAP/WCF) Professional working knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design (OOP), design patterns, as well as networking protocols and network programming interfaces. Understanding and demonstrated adaptation of cross-platform, cross-browser compatibility concerns Experience working with Source Control Management systems (Microsoft TFS, GIT) Proven ability to produce technical documentation including software architecture and requirements documents and other design artifacts.
