The Enterprise Architecture team is currently working on a project to deliver a next-generation enterprise framework to define the basis of future multi-platform product development at Open Solutions. This product family architecture will be leveraged by many different products and customers over time and will be built using the latest .NET 4.0 and 4.5 technologies. The team is also responsible for delivering the award-winning DNAcreator developer tools that have made the DNAappstore a revolutionary game-changer in the financial services community. We are staffing up a team of A-level players for this unique challenge and were seeking an experienced developer to be an integral part of this team. Youll be brining your years of experience to bear as a hard-core agile .NET developer to solve challenging engineering problems quickly and cleanly, creating frameworks and applications and providing mentorship and guidance for other members of the team. Duties Include • Provide systems design, development, programming and support for next generation core banking applications based in C# and .NET 4.0 , relational databases and distributed n-tier application platforms • Participate in design and code reviews across project work • Evaluate and test the capabilities, characteristics and requirements of existing and emerging technologies • Design, develop and implement unit and integration testing • Mentor team members in adopting technologies and tools that you are already familiar with • Participate in scrum agile development process. Qualifications • 5+ years experience developing with .NET and C# • B.S. Computer Science or equivalent experience • Experience with .NET 4.0 and above, C# and technologies such as WCF, WPF, WF, HTML5, CSS3 • Ability to quickly learn new technology and apply knowledge to solve technical and business problems • Strong SQL skills required; experience with Oracle is a plus • Deep knowledge of software engineering and computer science fundamentals (e.g. patterns and practices) • Experience with SOA and large distributed systems • Experience developing mobile solutions is desired • Experience designing compelling business user interfaces • End to end experience across the entire software development lifecycle • Track record of shipping production ready software • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a project team in a cooperative effort   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
