The Team: Conduct Management is a centralized team within Corporate Risk. Conduct Management has enterprise-wide responsibilities to address allegations related to team member misconduct. This includes reporting on the entire allegation life cycle including case intake, triage, research and disposition of a wide variety of allegations including behavioral misconduct, theft, sales practices, fraud, money laundering, etc. Job Responsibilities: This consultant will be part of the Enterprise Conduct Management Analytics, Insights and Reporting team (CMAIR). S/he will be responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, data mapping and metadata in support of data and analytics initiatives and in line with audit requirements. While delivering in a fast-paced environment s/he will focus on completeness, clarity and accuracy while managing risk.
