In particular, developers are needed with the skills and experience to develop a significant extension of L&Is technical infrastructure to exchange and process data via the Washington State Health Information Exchange (HIE). This primarily includes building Java applications/services, MQ message flows, using XML data transformations based on HL7 CDA R2 (XML-based) message interchange or HL7 V2 (EDI format), XML schema validations, SQL Server 2008 R2 XML processing capabilities, Java web services for sending/receiving/querying data, etc. *REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: *Experience programming/developing web services/applications using Java *Experience developing/deploying SOA/REST Web Services using Java *DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: *Designing/programming Business Process Manager (BPM) code in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment using Websphere Integration Developer (WID). *Experience working with XML/XSD/XSLTschemas for data conformance/compliance/transformation *Experience writing stored procedures/queries using T-SQL on MS SQL Server 2008/2012 databases. *Experience developing interfaces between applications using industry standard integration solutions (e.g., BizTalk, AxWay, ORION Health Rhapsody, etc.) *Experience developing CDA/CCD/HL7 message schemas. *Experience working directly on Health Information Exchange (HIE) integration e.g., Washington States HIE OneHealthPort   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
