The support engineer will be required to administer and support monitoring tools such as Introscope, SiteScope, and SiteSeer. In addition, this role will collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to design and deploy best in class monitoring practices including new system build outs as well as new applications. This position is also responsible for 3rd level troubleshooting of monitoring tools and provides 24x7 support. This is a fast-paced team and the successful candidate must be able to act with a sense of urgency and able to adapt to changing priorities. Qualified candidates must possess a strong sense of leadership; strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, good technical abilities, and a can do attitude.
