Troubleshooting WebLogic suit and experience in patching Oracle Middleware Admins (4) Oracle BPM, Oracle Service Bus, Oracle Policy Automation, Web Logic Oracle Middleware Admins (1) Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, Oracle Directory (LDAP) The middleware stack is comprised of the following Middleware components, Oracle SOA Application Stack, Oracle Application Operations, Oracle HTTP Server, Oracle Enterprise Service Bus, Oracle Business Process Manager (BPM/BPEL), Oracle Policy Manager, Oracle Access Management (OAM), Oracle Directory Services, Oracle Identity Governance (OIM), Oracle Enterprise Manager, Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Weblogic Server. This position includes performance tuning activities to maintain system stability and performance, as well as trouble shooting skills to capture data and analyze for root cause analysis. This position will also be engaged in monitoring and alerting solutions along with custom scripting to identify issues in the system. Looking for someone who can work closely with all functional groups to assure a smooth implementation and to insure compliance with all corporate adopted system standards and directions, as well as the ability to work as an effective team member. Will also be important to document processes and procedures for common tasks/commands for day to day work. What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis) • Participating in 24x7 on-call rotation with 5 other colleagues • Analyzing all middleware components and recommending modifications that will enhance system reliability, availability, serviceability and scalability • Participating in installation, configuration and patching activities • Providing ongoing operational support for the full WebLogic stack • Assisting in manual application code deployments and automation • Conducting performance tuning to maintain system stability • Troubleshooting to capture incident data and analyze for root cause issues • Serving as a team player by working with colleagues and clients to identify and address overall system problems as needed • Influencing management to adopt new ideas, products, and/or approaches as appropriate What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities? • Experience with Oracle WebLogic suit 11g/12c (OPA, SOA, ECM, ODI/OBIEE) • Experience integrating J2EE apps on Java containers • Exposure to installing, administering and troubleshooting Oracle WebCenter Content/Capture • Exposure to monitoring and creating alerts in OEM • Experience with other middleware technologies or willingness to learn new technologies (e.g. JBOSS) • Understanding of web services, SOAP, WSDL, authorization & authentication strategies and/or F5 • Experience maintaining SSL Certifications • Experience with Linux/Unix IT skills Must have Weblogic 10+ years of experience Linux/Unix 10+ years of experience Oracle BPM 6 year(s) of experience Languages Must have English Native or bilingual proficiency   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
