The new website must be user-friendly, informative, and easy to maintain. It is desired that all site planning, interface designing, and production be handled by one firm. The website must include a technology solution that allows the in-house staff to easily and cost effectively update content and modify design of website after initial launch. The website and all of its contents, after launch, will become the sole property of the Client. 1. Creates a content management system that will allow for the clientss staff to effortlessly update design and content of website (All licenses and software necessary to maintain website internally shall be provided) 2. Shall be consistent throughout website with fonts, layouts, use of logo (on each page), etc. 3. Provide a search capability, utilizing key words or phrases to identify desired information throughout the website 4. Must be compatible with current versions of commonly utilized internet browsers (Proposers shall identify proposed compatibility with response.) 5. Shall not require plug-ins as a default 6. Comply with ADA Requirements, as found on the U. S. Department of Justices website – Accessibility of State and Local Government Websites to People with Disabilities 7. Should contain a mechanism by which it tracks hits 8. Shall be interactive, allowing for various forms to be completed and submitted online 9.
