MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES o Design, prototype, build and configure SalesForce.com application to meet user requirements. This includes development of page layouts, workflow processes and rules, dashboard, reports etc. o Develop customized applications and functionality using Force.com platform (strong familiarity with Apex, Adobe Flex, VisualForce Pages, Apex Explorer, Data Loader) and other tools available for customized development within Salesforce.com o Develop real time and batch integration processes (using .NET or similar tool) to share information with applications on premises using middleware. o Perform advanced monitoring, software and operational support of SalesForce.com applications in a 24 x 7, on-call, information technology environment. o Create technical specifications based on current business process and interviews with user groups and supporting staff while aligning design and implementation trade-offs with project goals. o Recommend, create and implement IS Development policies, standards, and procedures for development and implementation of internally developed enhancements and interfaces. o Recommend utilization of tools to support development, implementation, and ongoing support of the system. o Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution of very complex application, and interface issues. o Participate in training activities as applicable. o Adhere to all Information Services policies and procedures. o Perform all other tasks as assigned or required.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
