Workflow Development Programmer Analysis Data Conversion Analyst (Jobs in Indianap   Requirement id 14498 Job title Analyst Job location in Indianapolis, IN Skills required Workflow, Development, Programmer, Analysis Data Conversion Open Date 03-Jul-2013 Close Date Job type Contract to Hire Duration 9 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type Phone Screening Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: Workflow, Development, Programmer, Analysis Data Conversion ** Only W2 Employee - No Subcontracting ** Can submit only Green Card and Citizens ** Can submit at higher rate *** Over Time is paid at 1.420 times OT - Extra Hours on Weekdays and Saturdays *** Double Time is paid at 2.0 times DT - Hours worked on Sundays Provide analysis, consultation and training to new clients during application conversions to ensure accurate data conversion and satisfied clients functioning proficiently in the FISERV system. • Under general supervision, analyze and determine conversion requirements and provide conversion specifications to programming. • Provide consultation to the client before, during and after conversion, including the development of new department procedures the conversion may need. • Interpret clients existing systems and workflows, through and including the balancing of conversion data. • Communicate progress and any potential problems to manager for awareness and/or resolution. • Maintain the tools used to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the conversion process (system studies, questionnaires). • Provide training to the client before, during and after conversion, including the correct use of the system and on-line terminal assistance, as well as daily application balancing procedures. • Perform other duties as required. Minimum of 1-3 years business systems analysis experience or equivalent education/experience. Preferred 3-5 years business systems analysis experience or equivalent education/experience.
