The EDRS Project development and implementation period is currently ongoing and will continue through 12/31/2020 with initial pilot program implementation of the VitalChek DAVE (Database Application for Vital Events) Death Registry module to begin in January 2020. • Support e-learning technology initiatives, including webinars, online courses, e-learning and streaming video. • Develop exercises and activities to enhance the learning process for all stakeholders. • Provide technical support and assistance with project implementation, application testing, training coordination and scheduling, implementation and roll-out of the ConnVRS Death Registration System modules into State-wide Production. • Interact directly with stakeholders, assist with stakeholder engagement, communication and reporting on EDRS application development, deployment and training. • Assist in the coordination and implementation of pilot program. • Facilitate stakeholder user access and application on boarding. • May be required to assist in providing help desk support to EDRS users upon application deployment • Consult with subject matter experts to provide and develop course content and training curriculum, become a subject matter expert in the EDRS. Required Skills/Experience Proposed candidate should have a minimum three to five (3-5) years of Instructional Design and/or Trainer experience. • Experience in instructional design and technology. • Proficiency in multimedia/Web e-learning development using packages such as the Adobe e Learning Suite (Captivate, Lectora, etc.). • Experience facilitating training in-person in traditional classroom setting or on-line via virtual classroom • Experience with curriculum and lesson plan development • Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts • Proficiency in working collaboratively with business and technology owners, subject matter experts, software vendors and end users in a very complex and matrix management and workflow framework • Proven leadership skills with exceptional multi-tasking, organizational, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities; • Knowledge of Public Sector Projects: prior experience with the development and implementation of systems supporting the delivery of health and human services is preferred. • Knowledge and Experience in Records Management practices and principles with understanding of the maintenance and management of vital records (births, deaths, fetal deaths and marriages) preferred.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
