This is a one (1) year assignment with a possibility of an extension. The C2C range is $33/hr to $36/hr. All candidates must be on your payroll as your W2 employee – no layers. H1Bs or GCs are fine. Here are the details: Must be on-site in Conway AR Responsibilities: Serve as the primary liaison between the EOHHS, internal customers and the Developers Design and document Healthcare Business solutions Complete system testing as directed by the Project Manager, Testing Coordinator or by a detailed test plan Write memos to EOHHS following departmental standards which fully explain the problem or situation Complete non-technical documentation Independently research any service requests from the customer and provide alternative solutions. Prepare detailed system test plans and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) worksheets Qualifications: Bachelor Degree or has equivalent work experience Demonstrated record of accomplishments Strong analytical thinking skills Excellent organizational skills Excellent problem solving skills Excellent communication skills; including listening, verbal (impromptu discussions, telephone conference calls and presentations) and written. Must have the ability to communicate with multiple levels of customers; being able to understand, influence, interpret and explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated and personal initiative (taking charge of professional growth) skills Ability to meet frequent tight deadlines; time management Attention to detail Willing to be part of a team and help out wherever is necessary and to make recommendations to improve processes Ability to work without direct supervision and aspire to lead, not follow Familiarity with PC applications, such as MS Word, Excel, MS Project Familiarity with UNIX, SQL, or PowerBuilder desirable; experience a plus Ability to work overtime 5+ years of experience in the Healthcare sector; Medicaid experience is preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
