The Department of Corrections, Division of Management Services, is currently recruiting to fill a COMPAS Business Analyst/Consultant IV position. This position will be located at our central office at 3099 E. Washington Ave., Madison, WI (Dane County). Selected candidates must be located within the state of Wisconsin and will be 100% remote. Candidates will be required to come into Central Office upon request. Position Summary: This position is 100% remote, except on the first day should report to the office for onboarding. The person is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and configuring projects related to the support of the DOCs Health and Behavior Solutions COMPAS team. COMPAS is the State of Wisconsins case management and decision support tool utilized by Case Managers. This position serves as a member of the COMPAS Core Team staff, which includes Department employees from the Bureau of Technology Management, the EMR Project Office, staff from the other program divisions, and the COMPAS private vendor. This position works closely with the working group to help identify areas of optimization and improved business processes for workflows within COMPAS. This position will also execute the build and testing required to deliver effective COMPAS optimizations and upgrades.
