They would also participate in Governance work teams to identify, evaluate and provide solutions for resolving standing complex issues to policy compliance. This may include but are not limited to technical solutions architecture involving application security models, integration with externalized security solutions and recommendations on the interpretation or changes necessary to policy standard solutions. Relevant skills: Having both a broad and deep knowledge base of industry standard access management policy requirements and frameworks Experienced in application development and solution architecture for application access security models including web applications, client/client server, mainframe and third party hosted applications Able to translate policy requirements to application impacts and solutions Knowledge of Oracle and other access management tools and platforms Able to lead and manage teams of project managers, application managers, and business managers in challenging discussions drive adoption of proposed solutions.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
