Im seeking a highly motivated and energetic professional who will act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing projects to solve complex business problems through strategic eCommerce-based solutions (e.g., Intranet and Internet). This individual will be responsible for managing the project team through the entire systems development life-cycle; managing the project risks/issues and developing appropriate mitigation plans; managing project financials including sizings, forecasts, actual costs and budget deviations. Candidates must prepare to be engaged throughout the whole project lifecycle, and will work directly with representatives of all organizational areas. Minimum Requirements 10+ years relevant project management experience Agile experience, ideally in a Scrum Master capacity Solid knowledge of financial services and online/mobile environments Proven ability in leading project teams and managing complex high visibility projects that span one to two years in duration across multiple stakeholder communities within an organization Proven ability in managing a project team throughout the entire project life-cycle from problem definition, requirements definition, design, development, testing and implementation Experience in managing a program of projects associated with a specific business strategy Solid knowledge of project planning and budgeting on highly complex projects Proven experience as a leader, with the ability to coordinate effective collaboration across a team of Project Managers focusing on different functional areas for the same project effort Ability to take complex problems and decompose them into well organized, logical and detailed descriptions to facilitate problem solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including delivery of presentations to all levels within the organization Ability to develop detailed project plans, based on a work breakdown structure, that provides the ability to manage critical path Effective skills in facilitating meetings and other forums involving a large number of participants/stakeholders and driving toward desired outcomes within prescribed timeframes Ability to lead other individuals and provide guidance, direction and training to others within the team, if needed Strong inter-personal, influencing, negotiating, consensus building, and conflict resolution skills Commitment to being part of a team and working within a diverse environment Ability to be highly organized and effective working in a fast paced environment Solid understanding/knowledge of and practical experience using industry-standard SDLC methodologies Prior experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Visio   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
