Data Modeling experience is a MUST for this role. The position will partner with the Business/Requirement and Analyst Lead. Responsibilities: Measures and manages the quality of requirements and work products Maintains the knowledge base on existing application functionality and data structures and relationships Balances business need for changes with current system constraints Promotes an environment of sharing, exploration and collaboration Supports maturing client IT capabilities Promotes reusable processes and work products and builds common understanding Qualifications: DATA MODELING IS A MUST Resource must have advanced skills in data profiling, mapping and data modeling. Profiling is the ability to consume data from disparate sources and determine if that information is sufficient to satisfy the business requirements. This includes querying data repositories to determine level of data quality and completeness, analyzing new sources of data to determine fitness, form and transformation rules necessary for merging into target repositories. Strong skills in Informatica, Hadoop, IBM data architect and SQL is needed. Hands-on experience in creating/updating conceptual/logical and physical data models most appropriately needed to satisfy the business requirements. Ability to understand and explain complex data integration and extraction/transformation/load processes (ETL) Candidate having Insurance and Financial domain experience would be a plus. Candidate should have the ability to connect and communicate with people at all levels. Critical thinking, excellent communication, detail oriented, team first attitude, creative and adaptive. Experience working in an Agile environment using Lean, Kanban and Scrum practices is a plus. Candidate should possess intermediary visualization techniques (Tableau, any BI tool etc.) skills and report generation necessary for the presentation of data to communicate to stakeholders, such as business partners and technical team, the conclusions and recommendations based on the state of the data being analyzed would be a plus.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
