Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. Possesses an understanding of technological trends and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to business units supported to enhance the enterprises competitive edge. May make recommendations for buy versus build decision. The following attributes are required for this position: 1. Extensive experience on functional and technical projects from inception to deployment 2. Strong experience in test script creation, execution, and completion 3. Strong team player 4. Understanding of the purpose and challenges of CDISC 5. Knowledge of SAS 6. Worked in complex and ambiguous business context 7. Self starter and critical thinker 8. Strong writer with experience writing technical and business documents 9. Clear and succinct communicator Project description The candidate will conduct, document, and review requirements elicitation sessions with stakeholders from various background ad technical knowledge fro existing and new application. The candidate will participate in test scripting activities from their definition to completion, process creation and update, and training material creation and delivery.
