SOP Implementation Analyst (Jobs in DOS VIENTOS RANCH, CA)   Requirement id 15350 Job title Analyst Job location in DOS VIENTOS RANCH, CA Skills required Change Control, Configuration Management, Word And Excel, SOP Implementation Open Date 04-Sep-2013 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 3 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type Face to Face interview Apply    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: Change Control, Configuration Management, Word And Excel, SOP Implementation Systems Analyst - Thousand Oaks, California Day to day responsibility for this person and the top skill sets: Plans, coordinates and presents proposed Changes to the Change Advisory Board (CAB), and Emergency Change Advisory Board (ECAB) Records outcome of CAB/ECAB Ensures impacted documents are updated Provides review of the change control record and all its associated activities and evaluates its compliance with change control process prior to closure of change In case of failover, ensures emergency changes are performed following manual emergency process Provides metrics and generates reports Manages the change throughout its lifecycle, completes the change mgmt. assessments, closes ISM change records Coordinates and ensures all change requirements are met Resolves resource, timeline and technical issues related to the change Responsible for gathering, compiling and synthesizing information with regard to technology processes or systems Creates implementation and back-out plans, as required Assigns, coordinates and ensures alignment and completion of all assessment tasks Notifies of any unsuccessful changes and takes appropriate action to resolve Responsible to ensure that change control activities are completed in compliance with the SOPs and applicable regulatory requirements. File deviations as required Consult and coach system owners Monitors the data health and reporting Organizes and documents a Release Readiness Review if required; notifies appropriate parties Manages the Configuration Items and related activities for the applications in the portfolio Provides production support Understanding of Computer Related Systems Validation, Asset and Configuration Management, Change Control Management Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint Performs complex support activities, including working on projects May work with one or more senior managers Possesses strong written and oral communication skills   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
