Generate meaningful reports for the IS&C organization to assist in managing risks to the organization. The SA / Developer will work with various stakeholders and assigned Analyst to write queries, This developer will also design reports and dashboards both as standalone reports and as part of a standard reporting web site (e.g. Sharepoint, GRC Tools, etc). The Security Analyst / Developer will translate business needs into actionable information and provide technical ways in populating and automating financial, operational and performance dashboards. Degree of Supervision This position requires minimal degree of supervision to execute activities related to building business requirement documents and ensure tasks are appropriately prioritized. Job Duties and Essential Functions Use BI tools to write reports and perform analyses on complex information risk data to evaluate the companys risk posture, IS&Cs financial and operational performance. Write queries to generate meaningful reports and design dashboards that will be used both as standalone reports and as part of a standard reporting web site. Extract data from multiple data sources and use programming techniques to create visually impactful reports according to the business requirements. Build reports and dashboard objects that has both drill down and drill through capabilities with selected variables acting as data selection filter to dynamically interact with the end users. Create/evaluate data needs of assigned projects and ensure the integrity of data. Participates in the development of project plans and timelines Manages projects and customer expectations to achieve satisfaction All other job related duties as it relates to the job function or as delegated by the management team. Experience/Skills Requirements: Extensive knowledge of working with Business Intelligence tools, and familiarity with various tools on the market such as Cognos, Information Builders, SIEM solutions, etc. Experience in developing SharePoint collaboration sites. 3 or more years of information security medical informatics or analytical experience in healthcare industry. Extensive knowledge in handling the complex database and extract information from data warehouse. Ability to work with large data sets from multiple data sources such as SQL and SAS data tables. Educational Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Public Health or related field with extensive BI programming and security analytical experience.
