The QA Analyst would be responsible for the following: Contributing to the development of a robust testing methodology and executing continuous testing processes to ensure efficient, reliable and top-quality ITS services and solutions in support of business objectives. Collaborates with colleagues in Application Services Management and other ITS stakeholders to support the delivery of all aspects of quality assurance management. Demonstrate moderate depth of technical expertise in quality assurance practices, standards and procedure. Reviews business and technical requirements, work closely with developers and test leads Executes software test cases/plans for software project test cycles. Analyzes test results and recommends possible corrective actions. Maintains documentation of test results on current and future projects Documents, tracks and communicates test plans, test results, analysis and unresolved problems Perform other tasks as directed by management Are you interested? The ideal QA Analyst will possess the following: BA/BS required, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems or another related technical field. 3 years experience in software quality assurance testing web and legacy systems. Extremely detailed and organized. Experience with white box/black box testing. Familiarity with standard concepts and technologies used in web-based applications is required. Working knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL is required. Working knowledge of Defect Management process is required. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required. Experience with test automations tools preferred.
